Delivery times are estimates
The original version of this page listed fixed country estimates such as four days for Canada, five days for several European destinations and seven days for the United States. Those figures came from an older shipping arrangement and should not be used as current delivery estimates.
Use the estimate provided for the service available to your order. Transit time begins after preparation and dispatch. Customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather and local postal conditions can affect arrival.
Ordering for an event or gift
For a wedding, birthday, holiday party or other fixed date, leave time for both order preparation and delivery. A listed transit estimate is not a guarantee of arrival on a particular day. Email customer support before purchasing if you need help reviewing the available information.
Tracking and customs
When tracking is available for the selected service, the tracking number is emailed after dispatch. It may take a short time for updates to appear.
Our current FAQ states that applicable customs duties and import taxes are included for U.S. orders. For other destinations, duties, taxes and customs fees depend on the destination and are not included in the product price unless checkout states otherwise.
