Questions about a product

Include the product link and tell us what you would like to check, such as measurements, materials, available colors or the fastening. If you need help choosing a clip, describe the hairstyle you want and whether you are holding a small section or all of your hair.

For fine or thin hair, the size of the fastening can matter more than the decoration. For thick hair or a full updo, check the opening and capacity. We can help clarify listed product details before you order.

Questions about an existing order

Include your order number and a short description of the question. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, send clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label, and keep the packaging while we review the issue.

Contact us promptly if you need to change an address or cancel an order. Changes are possible only before the order has been packed or shipped, as explained in our Frequently Asked Questions.

Reviews and feedback

We welcome feedback about your accessory and shopping experience. Tell us which item you purchased and what you would like us to know. Send order numbers, addresses and other personal order details by email rather than posting them in public comments.
