Processing time and delivery time

Processing time covers preparing your order before dispatch. Transit time begins after dispatch and depends on the destination, shipping service, customs processing and local delivery conditions. Review any preparation information on the product page and the shipping options shown at checkout.

South Korea business days

Order preparation and dispatch are affected by South Korea business hours, weekends and Korean public holidays. Time differences mean your daytime may fall outside our working hours. Check current store announcements for holiday changes rather than relying on an old cutoff time.

Need an accessory for a fixed date?

If you are ordering for a wedding, birthday, holiday gathering or gift, allow time for preparation as well as international delivery. Before ordering, email cs@veryshine.com with the product links, destination country and the date you need the items if you need help reviewing the schedule.

After your order is dispatched

When tracking is available for your selected service, the tracking number is emailed after dispatch. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the carrier accepts the parcel. Refer to the tracking information provided for your shipment.
