We ship from South Korea and to many countries even though not listed below except excluded regions and addresses
Products will be shipped within 3 days except Saturday,Sunday and Korea's holidays.
But mostly within a day after payment has been cleared.
We are mainly shipping via Post Office airmail(Economy International Shipping)
It does not have tracking number but all of customers buying from me will surely have parcel with our communication in case of lost.

We offer tracking number for the order value after discount applied over $30 for more secure delivery by paying more money to Post office.But it does not provide real time tracking. Tracking number is used for Post office track investigation if the parcel is not delivered certain period of time by sender's request. 
If you do not receive the item after 20 days except some countries, you need to message to ask me to track the item.

Import duties,taxes are not included on product price and shipping fee.
